Laurie Passero, founder and CEO of MedPic, has more than 20 years of experience in health care cost containment, claims management, and medical bill negotiation. 

She has won the admiration and loyalty of numerous long-term clients for her ability to generate almost $1B in client savings. 

Laurie has extensive contacts throughout the country with medical facilities and provider offices, allowing MedPic to quickly reach the decision makers who can resolve claim negotiations.   

Laurie's areas of expertise include:

• Medical claim negotiations with facilities and providers for both in-network and out of network claims
• Negotiating recurring discounts on future treatment regimens
• Medical billing and coding

Prior to MedPic, Laurie led several medical bill review companies through start-up, turnaround and growth modes. She also worked as an auditor for insurance companies as well as for the federal government, auditing large insurance carriers.
